    It appears that a hacker was able to submit a Forminator form that had a Paypal button without actually going through with the payment. The submission database was updated with the form information and confirmation e-mails were sent.

    Additionally the Transaction ID that should have been returned from Paypal appears to be blank

    Could you please let me know if you were using the Honeypot protection as found in form settings under Behaviour->Security?
    This, along with some reCaptcha field should prevent most spam efforts.
