PAYPAL LOAD ERROR

Hello, I’m trying to get your plugin set up on our text site here. The issue we’re having is that when you click the button that says pay now to go to paypal we get a loading screen, and then and error occured message with a 500 internal server error coming from http://stephen.23e2.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.
One fix I saw in support is changing the permissions of the uploads folder in cpanel but this did not work.
What did work is loading it on a website on our godaddy hosting. But on our name.com hosting sites we get the error. We need to know what the difference here is.

Hello @nicksy,
Please ensure that allow_url_fopen must be enable in php.ini else PDF creation will not work. Please ask your hoster to enable this service if you don’t know about this.
