PayPal is not activating, please help.

I connected all its needed for PayPal to work, installed and reinstalled few times the plugin itself, deactivated all the other plugins and switched them back again, called my hosting company and they said it must be woocommerece error …
Basically I can add product to the cart, I can update the cart, but at the time of proceeding with checkout (after I fill in the details) Paypal is not activating, its always spinning and spinning …

PayPal will be the only option of payment for my clients, so its very important for it to work, Please HELP!
