Paypal Gateway

Can someone help me here please? I have installed the free plugin but I can’t see anywhere to set up Paypal payments.

From my admin I just see a link that takes me to here
http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/initial-plugin-setup/payment-gateway/

but can find no further information on how to set it up?

Do I need to buy access to get the Paypal feature?
