PayPal Drop Down Not Working

I have a PayPal drop down menu allowing members to choose several different dues options. After many tries, I got this to work correctly there is text below the box that needs to be clicked to make a payment. This goes to the merchant page of PayPal with our club’s email defaulted. For one brief time the link did work. I think it has something to do with logging in to WP and or PayPal, but I have tried all combinations and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions.
