  • Hi @pkamil,

Thanks for reaching out about Braintree for WooCommerce! I’ll be happy to help.

This field should be populated automatically by the product names in the order. As a starting point, could you please send over your system status so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

Additionally, I found that there was an issue previously where this field was blank if the product names exceeded the 127-character limit (for every line item individually). Could you tell me if the field is populated when the line items contain less that 127 characters?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi @pkamil,

It’s been a while since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved. If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our documentation for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.

    Thanks so much,

    Julie 🙂

    Hey,

Unfortunately, your solutions did not help. I have tried short names below 120 letters and also nothing.

    Hi @pkamil,

Would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

WooCommerce > Status and clicking on Get system report.

    Thank you,

    Julie 🙂
