I have a major issue I can’t seem to fix. I’ve set up everything according to your video tutorial and guide – I’ve made a new rest api app on the paypal developer dash and input the ID and secret in the right place.

On the page you get the buy button, but when you click on it, you DON’T get the paypal buttons. I’ve tried this both with sandbox and live (currently live) and with/without terms and conditions checkbox. This is fairly urgent to fix… please help!

The link is to a post, but I’ve tried placing it just on a blank page if that was the issue, and it doesn’t make a difference. I’m on the wordpress theme themify Ultra if that makes any difference. No other ecommerce plugins or such is installed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, can you share the shortcode you are currently using?

    Thank you

Looks like you have JavaScript errors on your website which is preventing our plugin’s JavaScript from working. So the paypal button is failing to be generated and displayed.

Please do the following test to identify the plugin that’s causing the error:

[wp_express_checkout product_id=”2248″ template=”1″] is the shortcode. No plugin, it seems to be the theme itself. Which is strange, as this plugin is running just fine on another domain with the exact same theme….

    Thank you for reporting back.

I ma marking this support thread as resolved, since it has nothing to do with our plugin.

    Kind regards
