Keep getting this error when the user checks out:
The merchant isn’t able to accept PayPal payments at this time. Please try again later or return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Can you please check this article from PayPal. This issue could be with PayPal merchant account identity. Let us know if still not resolved. We will surely check and help you.
