paypal and upload form

I have done some searching but have not found a solid solution for this. I am looking to make a page with an upload form to upload mp3’s, but a user cannot upload unless they pay through paypal. The mp3s are not posted on the site they, just need to be stored for later review.

I have looked at the “Are Paypal” plugin which looks like the user needs to create a login and can view restricted content. I think this could work but seems a little long winded for what I am trying to do.

Anyone know of a good plugin or combination of plugins that can do this that will keep the user experience as simple as possible?
