Dear Support Team,
we are currently using the free version of LearnPress and are facing problems with paypal payments. That’s why my simple question is, what are the necessary steps to get paypal working?
Unfortunately it’s not enough to set the email account of the paypal account, because the state of the bookings are not changed, when user cancel it’s payment at the paypal page. It is stuck at pending.
We also want to test it in the sandbox enviroment first and there we are stuck at the paypal page after login. The form disappears and we are not able to complete the transaction. And again, when we cancel the payment, the state remains to pending in LearnPress.
I’m a bit confused because I’m used to set up the ipn settings, when working with paypal and I cannot find any documentation in LearnPress that are mentioning this. How get LearnPress informed when the user cancel or complete the transaction at the paypal page?
I hope you can help us out to get paypal sandbox and the live mode working.
