I’ve activated the Payout Request Add-on since I want to give my affiliate the chance to request the affiliate payout themselves, however this option is not showing up in their accounts. I have followed the steps as outlined on this page: https://slicewp.com/products/payout-requests/

I like to receive some guidance on how to fix this?

    Hey @gerdste,

Thank you for reaching out! In order for affiliates to be able to request payouts, they do need to have payable commissions.

A payable commission is determined by its status, which needs to be “unpaid”, and by its creation date, which needs to be older than the refund grace period you have set in your payouts settings.

Furthermore, the payable commissions total needs to be greater than the payments minimum amount you have set.

Also, commissions must not be a part of another payout payment in order to be included in a new payout payment.

Please check your affiliates’ commissions to make sure the above conditions are met. If all conditions are met, but you’re still not seeing the request payout widget in the affiliate’s account, please open a technical issue support ticket via our website (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/) and one of our engineers will assist you. Please make sure to include screenshots with the affiliate commissions and with your SliceWP payouts settings.

Also, a quick way to test the payout request system, is to manually create a commission (from SliceWP > Commissions > Add New Commission) for a test affiliate account, set a date older than today minus the number of days you have for the refund grace period and an amount greater than your payments minimum amount. Then, log into the test affiliate account and navigate to the “Payouts” section. The request payout widget should show up.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
