Payments not working

Glad you reached out, we’ll want to take a closer look at this. You mentioned you have Stripe Checkout, which is part of GiveWP’s premium Stripe add-on, and I can’t support a paid add-on here.

I’d like to have you create a ticket with the Priority Support team. You can do this by creating a ticket at https://givewp.com/priority-support/, and logging in using the email address you used to purchase that add-on.

If you don’t remember that email address, you can send us an email at https://givewp.com/contact-us/ and include a note in your email that we asked you to reach out. Include as many details as possible in that email so we can hop right in to help.
