México (Peso mexicano): MXN
Venezuela (Bolívar fuerte): VEF
Colombia (Peso colombiano): COP
But the API responds only to the 3 first currencies.
For VEF and COP the MercadoPago says:

Let me investigate about that and talk to them, because it’s suppose the plugin works like the mercadolibre.com website payment system.
