Hi @fede84! To clarify, are you saying that that you have or have not received money from the customer for these orders that are pending payment?
If you haven’t received money for them, they are likely the result of abandoned carts. If a customer makes it most of the way through checkout but then does not complete the process after they make it to PayPal, a pending payment order will be created that will cancel itself after (by default) 1 week due to non-payment.
If you have received money for these payments and they are still showing as pending payment, we’ll want to do some deeper troubleshooting. Let us know, and we’ll go from there!

Hi @apmwebdev i’ve got order on woocommerce order dashboard that have pending payments, payment is set do PayPal on the payment information, but on PayPal we haven’t receved money from them.

Hi @fede84. In that case, I think the issue is most likely that they are from abandoned carts. The pending payment orders should cancel themselves automatically after a week.
