Payment section not appearing on Forminator

    Hi,

    I’m using Forminator for a few forms on our website but recently we’ve run in to some issues. At first the forms didn’t display at all so I had to add in some custom CSS to make them display, but we still seem to be having some issues.

    The form no longer has an input field for the card payment, it just seems to have disappeared but it will still let you submit the form. https://thejordanlegacy.com/sponsor-a-mental-health-first-aider/

    Do you know what might be causing this?

    We also have a third party integration that sends an email notification when the form is submitted, which no longer seems to be working and i’m wondering if these issues may be linked to it.

    Hi @sarajcook,

    That’s odd behaviour, I could notice there are console errors pointing to the theme on the mentioned page. Could you please temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One and then see how the form behaves?

    If you still face the same issue even after that then, is it possible to share the form export, so that we could have a better idea of the existing settings you have configured and see what’s being missed?

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services in the next reply.
