Payment refund issue

Hi,
Some customer complained that they never got refund money. But the woocommerce payment show the refund was created and deducted from balance. One of the refund occurs on January 16 2023. Could you suggest why this happened?

I understand a customer is asking about their refund, it looks like the funds are not received yet.
I am assuming you issued the refund according to these steps:

Typically, a refund will need from 10 to 14 business days, which means your customer should have received the funds.
Depending on the case, the refund might be processed as a reversal, this means the original payment will disappear from the account statement entirely and the balance will reflect as though the charge never occurred.
May I ask, if you check the order notes, is this showing the refund? Correct?

This is one of the client complained. It shows Her refund was successfully created. But she complained that she didn’t get refund amount. The refund date is 16th January. Like this customer many customer complained that they never get refund amount.
