Hi,
The IPN notifications may be disabled into your PayPal account (account used to receive the payments) or the IPN notifications may be not reaching the website.
Please log into your PayPal account and check if the IPN is enabled:
- Log in to your Paypal account.
- Navigate to your Account Settings page:
- In the Account Settings page, click the Website Payments under Products and Services.
- Click Update link under the Instant payment notifications option.
In addition to that you can check the IPN history to know what happened with the previous payment notifications.

If PayPal asks for a URL to enable the IPN notifications then put the home page of your website. The real URL is set on real-time with each transaction.
