Payment processing speed

Hi Team,
Unfortunately there is no change to the speed and took approx 1min and 15secs.
Initially I got an error saying Hosted Fields payment is already in progress and then it continued to process my card payment.
Payment was sucessfully capture back-end but speed is still unworkable.Some articles ive read suggested disabling plugins and then re-nable one by one but I’m not a techy.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

The problem is – whenever I tried to do the payment it takes 1 min and 15 sec to complete the transaction, which is really annoying.
have tried to check the system status report but it’s not showing.

Regarding the system report, you can go to WooCommerce > status, then you can copy the report and paste it in your response, that will help to investigate further.

We have not found any errors and ‘Get system report’ button is not available in WooCommerce > status option so please tell us about copy the system report

That is odd. You can select the text starting on
WordPress environmentand scroll down to the bottom.
Then you can provide the system status report (Which is all of that text), that will help to take a closer look at the site’s configuration, thanks.

We have used Advanced Card Processing payment gateway of PayPal. also not seeing any errors on the payment checkout page and admin panel side.

I understand that using these two payment methods above, payment processing is slow on your site, correct?
Can you please try to enable Cash on Delivery and see if this resolves the issue?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

it will work fine with cash on delivery as we are expecting a response from the API.

You can try the following:- Update WooCommerce Database.
- Update the PayPal plugin.
- Your theme is running on old WooCommerce templates, please switch to Storefront temporarily or check this guide on how to fix outdated WooCommerce templates.
