Payment processing overlay not showing

    Hi,

    I have been having a lot of trouble trying to work out why there is no indication of payment being processed after clicking “Place Order” button at checkout.

    Usually the payment window will have an overlay and spinner icon while processing payment but I have nothing showing. This is will lead to confusion for customers as they will not know if anything is happening and may place multiple orders.

    Hi there @mwilson107,

    You’re right, when you click Place Order, a spinning wheel should appear as it does on my test site:

    I think the issue can come from your theme. If you switch your theme to Storefront and place a test order, do you see the spinning wheel?

    If yes, then I’d definitely recommend checking with your theme developer on this behavior.
