    Can you please check if there are any patterns to these failed payments like, same product, same category, same shipping address, etc?

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the system report, it is not showing relevant issues.

    Stripe payment fail

    There are many reasons for a payment to fail, not all of them related to the Stripe plugin, for example, there could be not enough funds on the customer’s side making the transaction to fail.

    I’d suggest enabling the Stripe logs or debug mode first, you can do it by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > stripe > settings > advanced settings > Log error messages. Make sure the debug mode is on. Then you can make a test order.

    Check if the payment goes through, if not please go to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (To see if there is any entry from Stripe that will provide more information about the error).

    Let us know what you find.
