    Hi,

    trying with this plugin but getting error
    Payment processing failed. Please retry.

    With test api and webhook end points for both api versions

    Site hosted on wp engine and woocommerce version is 2.6.7

    in status logs

    Hey there @itsluqman

    woocommerce version is 2.6.7

    Are you able to update to a newer version of WooCommerce? Although the minimum version of WooCommerce required by the Stripe extension is 2.6, this will soon change to 3.0. Also, it isn’t secure for your site to remain on an unsupported version of the core WooCommerce plugin.

    What is the scenario surrounding this failed payment? Can you walk me through what happened and I can look to try and replicate this.
