    I have received an email from a client saying that she tried to order 3 times but each time she has the same problem: she fills all the fields and when she wants to proceed payment, nothing happens and a message saying that email the required, name is required etc… whereas she has checked and everything is completed correctly

    Are you aware of other customers experiencing this issue, or is it only this specific customer? I’ve taken a look at your sites Checkout page and I see Billing fields being hidden:

    Are you perhaps using any plugins that alter the checkout fields in any way? It’s possible that this may be causing the issue since many Payment Gateways, expect Billing and Shipping fields to be filled before checkout is allowed.

    I’d also like to take a closer look at your sites current environment, please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for Support. Once you have this, please share the results with us here.
