    Dear support, I tried that.
    When completing the payment form it just takes me back to the beginning and the name field is blank.
    Could it be anything to do with my name being hyphenated?
    Unfortunately that is also how it appears on my cards.
    Any other ideas?

    Manage to check two of my cards and PayPal and so far it looks like I wasn’t charged.
    Would really like to upgrade but if I can’t I will have to go elsewhere to the features that your paid version has 🙁

    Any other options?

    Dear maybe you could try to buy some other plugin for 30$. If the payment will be accepted you can contact us and we will block that license and instead of it send Image Gallery Personal.
    For example try to buy Video Gallery Multy version http://huge-it.com/wordpress-video-gallery/

    Tried that same old problem, it just kicks me back to the payment section after saying authorisation failed and the “name” field is blank.
