    Hi, I thought I started this post but I don’t see it anywhere, so I apologize if this is a duplicate question. When choosing payment options, can you choose to disable WooPay?

    No worries at all! Yes, WooPay can be disabled if you don’t want to offer it as a payment option.

    Before I suggest a solution, could you please clarify where exactly you would like to disable or hide WooPay?

    For example, are you looking to:

    • Remove WooPay from appearing on the Checkout page for customers?
    • Or remove/disable the WooPay option under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments?

    Once you clarify which behavior you’re looking for, I can guide you accordingly.

    Also, please share your WooCommerce → Status → System Status Report so we can check your current setup. You can copy the report to Pastebin and share the resulting link with us. When creating the Pastebin, please make sure to enable the Burn After Read option for privacy.
