It is possible to customize the reservations plugin to do this. But to be honest it would be a pretty extensive customization. If you’re a developer capable of writing an online payments handler, you’ll find my plugin is packed with hooks that make it easy to extend.

If not, I’d recommend you look for an alternative solution that’s built to handle online payments. It will probably be easier to customize an eCommerce platform to handle reservations than it will be to add eCommerce functionality to my reservations platform.

I know that ResDiary has added support for a cancellation fee to their platform. You might see if that will work for your needs.
