Hello, recently I found an issue on my website and it turned out that W3TC was causing it –

the order status doesn’t automatically update from “pending” to “completed” – meaning that the payment notifications from my payment provider don’t reach my website.

Please let me know what options of W3TC could be causing it, so that I disable them.

let me know if you need any additional information.

Here is some info about the payment provider and the type of the notifications that they send: https://yandex.ru/dev/money/doc/dg/reference/notification-p2p-incoming-docpage/?ncrnd=3826

    Hello,

Are you using any e-commerce plugin for your website? If so you should exclude certain pages from being cached, such as My Account, Cart, etc. You can do that in Performance>Page Cache, Advanced sub-box, “Never Cache following pages” text area.
Add the pages one per line i.e.:
    /cart/
    /my-account/
    /shop/

    Hi again,

I added all the related pages I could find but the order is still “pending”.
Could you maybe send a list of what pages I shouldn’t cash.

    Hello,
Does the issue persist if you disable W3 Total Cache?

    Hello,
Can you please disable W3 Total Cache setting one by one, save settings and purge cache after each, and see which setting is causing the issue.

I transferred to another cashing plugin which is not causing any issues.
