Payment not recognized by woocommerce

Hello all,
I have encountered an issue with payment on woocommerce. I have recently received an order but woocommerce set it to ‘awating payment’ even though it was paid by Stripe local gateway called Przelewy 24. It didn’t produce the order notification for my email adress and it didnt recognize it to be paid for even though both client’s bank and local gateway confirmed that payment was made correctly.
The money didnt show up on my stripe account though but Stripe didnt see any error logs but it seems that woocommerce didnt recognize the payment being correctly made. After 2h it changed the statuse of my order to canceled. The issue seems strange because 1h our before this order another client made it succesfully through the same payment gateway. Please help me resolve this issue.
