First, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.
Also, could you let us know *which* payment method this affects? Is it just one, or all of them?

Affected only card payment.
Im helping merchant to get it working, so I cant paste any system report because I don’t have access to it.
I would like to point out to their web developer where they could find the issue.

I’m afraid that screenshot doesn’t give us a lot of information we can use to help with potentially fixing the issue.
If you could still get a copy of the System Status Report from the merchant, that would help us point you in the right direction much better.
If that’s not an option, I would suggest asking the merchant to check the following:
- The theme they’re using
- The payment gateway
If there are any support forums or groups for those two, the merchant may want to first see if there are any existing issues that are similar to what they’re experiencing.
