Since PayPal, Venmo, and Apple Pay are all processed through PayPal in our plugin, the best next step is to review the PayPal logs to identify the exact error occurring during checkout.
Please follow these steps to share the logs with us:
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs
- From the dropdown, select the log file named
wpg_paypal_checkout
- Download the latest log file (or the one that matches the time when customers experienced the issue)
- You can submit the log file securely using this link: https://forms.gle/ujw7CrV3eKWYjgPQ6
Once we review the logs, we’ll be able to confirm what’s causing the payment failures and guide you with the appropriate fix.
