Payment Gateway edit message

    On the checkout page at the bottom, there is the Payment Gateway. My client has specifically requested he wants the user to be able to place an order without paying on the website. The below image is the message i am trying to change:

    How do i change this message? I don’t have access to the cpanel(and won’t), i should be able to go to edit the woocommerce plugin and change this message to one the he wants.
