    Hello, we want some courses to be paid for but the buy button does not display on the course page.

    Hello,

    Make sure that you have set payment options from the LMS settings, and after it make sure that you have set price for your courses from the course settings by editing single course

    Regarding the payment it is mandatory to install the woocommerce plugin?

    Hello,

    It is up to you. The LMS by default includes four payment methods. If you want additional payment gateways, you can use the Woocommerce checkout instead of the LMS payment options
