PAYMENT ERROR

    Hello,
    Customers tell me that when they select the PAYPAL payment method they get an error (I attach a photo of the error).
    They also tell me that when the paypal page opens they put their username and password and the payment is not made. You have to do it twice.

    Why do these errors occur?

    There isn’t a screenshot of the error in your request. Can you add that so we can take a look?

    If you navigate to the WooCommerce logs page is there a “wc-ppcp” log file?

    If you navigate to the WooCommerce logs page is there a “wc-ppcp” log file

    Please check for that log file and share its content as it will have helpful information.

    Hi @laudrecycled2020

    I see in the logs there was en error fetching the PayPal order ID 5BW68614C86356804 which occurred on 7/14/23 and that was the last occurance of that error. Did you at anytime change the PayPal account that the plugin was connected to?

    Based on that error message, PayPal’s API is saying that order ID doesn’t exist.

    Was your customer reporting that issue on 7/14/23? The logs show everything else is running smoothly since that one failed API request where PayPal couldn’t find the order ID.
