To complete,I notice the field payment-intent is empty in payment form. This cause this issue, without any error displayed.

It worked perfectly during several months. It’s appeared after we move to a new server. But no IP address is set indicated in settings?

This means that the issue is coming from your new server or host. Can you speak to your host and find out what is causing this issue in your site? They might even have a cache system running in your server as well.

    Regards.

We checked, no cache server just expires for static files. What is the code that set payment-intent field in the form from your plugin, should be explained?

Hi, can you deactivate and delete the plugin. Then install a fresh new copy and check to make sure your API credentials are correct. Then carry out a test. Check the log file if something goes wrong. Report back with any findings. Before you begin make sure you enable debug logging.

    Thank you.

Thank’s for your proposal, but if we do that we’ll loose all donation history! Any other way to reinit credential API without loosing all data?

Hi, did you also set up a new API?

    Regards.

    (@comonsoft)

No. We test this API on another website domain and it works pefectly. We test also your plugin in troubleshooting mode and not working.

When we submit the form, no calls to API, like
    POST /v1/customers
    POST /v1/payment_intents

Could you help us to debug an test where the issue could come from. Because these any error or warning in any logs files.
