Payment approval by customer plugin?

I am looking for a plugin for my marketplace. I want the customers to verify their bought items before the vendor gets their payment, and thereby eliminating fraud completely.

Anyone know any plugins that will do the job?

All i need is a way for the customer to aknowledge the payment to the seller somehow. I send the payments manually in paypal.

Using woocommerce as a base platform.
