PayLater not activating

    We got separate radio buttons for PayPal, Venmo, and Pay Later in our custom checkout page.

    PayPal and Venmo are working now. But, we cannot get the Pay Later to work. It is always grey out and not selectable. Please confirm if you need to enable the PayLater settings. See below screenshot for reference.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The Pay Later being greyed is not expected behavior. There is no setting in PayPal Payments that puts Pay Later in that state, so this points to a conflict on the site, most likely with the custom checkout page, the theme, or another plugin.

    Unfortunately, the screenshot you mentioned did not come through on our end. Could you please upload it to https://postimages.org/ and share the link here?

    We are also missing your system status report. Please follow these steps to share it with us:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce / Status section in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report into our PrivateBin
    4. After uploading, please share the link here so we can review the details thoroughly.

    We are waiting for your screenshot and system report to proceed with the analysis.
