Hi @ubulab!
Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern about seeing 5 past-due scheduled actions in your WordPress dashboard.
Past-due scheduled actions generally indicate that some background tasks were not able to run at their scheduled time. Since your site was only created last week, one possible reason is that it hasn’t received much traffic yet. By default, WordPress uses WP-Cron, which relies on site visits to trigger scheduled tasks. On a new or low-traffic site, these tasks may not run on time and can become overdue.
To help ensure scheduled actions run consistently, I recommend asking your hosting provider to configure a server-side cron job to trigger wp-cron.php at regular intervals. This is generally more reliable than the default WP-Cron behavior.
In the meantime, could you also share your WooCommerce System Status Report? You can find it under WooCommerce → Status, then click Get system report (or Copy for support).
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and paste the system status report in there. You can then share the link from pastebin with us.Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.
