But I want to solve this issue as users will not be able to login if they forget their password.

Are you saying that the PW reset does not work for anyone? If so, try deactivating all your plugins and see if that changes anything. IF not, leave them off and change to twentyfourteen theme to see if it’s a theme issue.

If it’s related to that plugin, then that’s the place to ask, as this forum is for general WP questions. So see if the regular password reset button works without that plugin.
