password reset functionality

    I’ve both “login/signup pop” & “user verification” plugins activated.

    so, I was running final tests before i launch my website, & i noticed that the “forgot password?” functionality is not fully working, or should i say, i don’t really understand how it works.

    when a user clicks on “forgot password?” , an email is sent bearing a link, when that link is clicked, it sends whoever directly to the homepage.
    nothing else happens. no “password changing” procedure.

    worse still, when the user tries to login it, an error message comes up “Your email verification is pending. Please check your inbox & verify your email address.”

    kindly elaborate on a solution to this issue! i sincerely hope i don’t have to BUY another plugin, my budget is overflowing already!

    Sorry to jump in, but I would be interested in hearing about the email verification issue.

    Also if it helps, for lost password, my Woocommerce Endpoint for password reset needed changing.

    Woocommerce -> Advanced Tab
    Not sure why, but sometimes the “Lost Password” endpoint needs changing from forgot-password => lost-password.

    Maybe that will help.
