Password reset – confirmed. Failed login

is anyone else having troubles with logging in?

I logged in using the same admin username / password as I did an hour ago. No changes to the site (no new plugins, etc.) I got an error message stating incorrect password. Did a password reset. Reset confirmed.

Cleared cache. Cleared cookies. Restarted browser. Cleared cache and cookies (a second time). Logged in with my newly confirmed changed password. No access. Error message = incorrect password.

Repeated re-setting password. Repeated clearing cache / cookies.

Same issue.

Anyone else have this issue?
