    Basically, the system thinks you’re sending bulk email or SPAM, so they’ve blocked it. You need to sort it out with Yahoo! as it’s their issue and they are the ones that have put the block in place for your account.

    You’re getting this error, because Yahoo was unable to verify if the email was from a legitimate sender. You can avoid this error by creating a new email address for sending emails from your website.

    Once you create a new email address using Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo, you can use WP Mail SMTP plugin to configure your website to send email using the new email address.

    This should resolve your query.
