Password protection is buggy

    I used the plugin to upload a zip file and to put a download password on it. Tested it with Safari, Chrome, and Firefox browsers with no problem. But when I sent the link and password out to our subscribers, several of them complained that after they typed in the password nothing happened other than a “Processing” message displaying.

    The workaround is to password-protect the WordPress page itself, and remove the download password, but that may not be an ideal solution for everyone’s website.

    If password protection with wpdm causing any issue in your installation, then it is because of any exiting js error in that page which is coming from active theme or any other active plugin. However I need to check it in your page to find the exact issue, please give me the download page URL.
