Password protect PDF

    Is there a way to password protect pdf before is sent? Like in general options I will choose a password and when the submission from the web of the pdf is received in my email I would need to use that password when I try to open it?

    Thank you for creating a password protection pdf. My next question is . Can the pdf be created with strong encryption so the password protection can not be removed? This online service https://smallpdf.com/unlock-pdf will remove the password from pdf in no time.
    I’m even willing to pay for this feature.
