Password protect a specific page

Hello,
I’m grateful for your help.
I am looking to password protect a specific page and have it look integrated with the rest of the site. I do not want one generic password that anyone can use.
I want each password to be linked to a user’s email and have the ability for the user to reset the password if they forget it so it is low maintenance on the admin side.
However, I do want to initially manually approve the users getting access to the site.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
