Password protect a link/download

    Ok im trying to set a file or files on my my wordpress theme as downloadable but the user needs to enter a password to download them, would this be difficult to do?

    Basically im making a porfolio site and I wanna make my C.V downloadable. either in pdf or word doc. For example it will say something like…. To download my cv click here <– and then the user would have to enter a password. –

    Would this be difficult to do?
