• Hello,

    I tried changing the password via the front end ultimate member user profile page and clicked on update. However, i am not getting any email regarding the password change to my email. Please help me with the issue.

    Have you checked your spam folder?
    Do you have any plugins that send all outgoing emails via SMTP server.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply. I have the checked the spam folder and there are no notifications.
    No, I don’t have any plugins of that sort. However, the password reset notifications works properly. Please suggest me with some other alternatives.

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Have you tried to reset Emails and Notifications sections in Ultimate member -> Settings?

    Hello Team,

    I am using UM 1.3.88. I have tried resetting the Emails and Notifications Sections, however the issue remains the same. What could be the next steps?

    Quick update: I have checked the error logs and there are no errors. I am suspecting that the ultimate member is not updating the password when trying to change. How to check if the plugin is updating properly? Thanks!

    Hello Team,
    I have the pages assigned correctly, but i am still getting some issue as “One or more of your Ultimate Member pages are not correctly setup. Please visit Ultimate Member-> Settings to re-assign your missing pages.” Is that something because of that the ultimate member profile page is not working? Please help me with the issue. Thanks
