Pass Data to External Website

Hi, would be possible to pass data to external website through parameters on form submit?

Let me explain:
I have a website that use a proprietary booking system that use parameters on the URL to set the date of the booking.
What i need to achieve is that when the form is submitted the date parameters will be passed through URL parameters to the external website and the user will be sent to that page with the date set.

Is this possible?
