Partial refund and subscription discount

    There may be instances where we want to issue a subscriber with a partial refund on their subscription fee via PayPal. Would this trigger any downgrade of their membership?

    Also. Is it possible to set up a discounted subscription fee to people who have a specific email address and discount code?

    Q1 — no; you control what happens (if anything) to the membership level.

    Q2 — you will need to use coupons, for which you will need the Pro version.
