Partial Content not Loading once password entered

Hi Guys,

I just discovered your plugin and was super excited as it enables me to create a page with a nice header and a little info before the protected content however when I enter the password nothing happens, the button just says loading…
how do I fix this? I use Kadence Theme and am not very tech savvy so hope its an easy fix.
