Parse – unexpected $end in plugin installs

I have been trying to install plugins in my blog but 90% of them get the following error, but in different files.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/sherr14/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pluginstaller/install.php on line 147

After I received this last error above – I cannot even get into my PLUGINS screen to see the other ones I DO have installed.

How do I get back to that screen? I’ve logged off and on, closed IE session and restarted it, deleted temp int files, cookies, etc. \

HELP!!
