• Hi!

I’m having trouble accessing my site — Manilagirl.org — and its control panel. I’m greeted with the following message whenever I try to log on to both.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home/manilagi/public_html/wp-content/themes/buttercream/functions.php on line 210

It started the other night when I was having trouble with the Rockstar theme. Still, I was able to access the control panel to change it to a different theme (Buttercream). But this morning, I could not access even the control panel anymore and it seems like there is an issue with the new theme I installed.

Appreciate help on how to fix this. Thanks!

    Sophia

    Hi!

The problem is, there is no line 210 in the function.php file.

I think the files from the Buttercream theme pack I uploaded got modified when I installed the theme.

    Many thanks for the help.

You can just delete the Buttercreame theme files form the WordPress directory with your FTP client, then WordPress will revert to the default theme and you’ll be able to log in.
